The ResourceSmart Australian Sustainable Schools Initiative Victoria (AuSSI Vic) is a Victorian Government initiative that helps schools benefit from embedding sustainability in everything we do. It helps schools reduce costs while giving students the opportunity to learn about sustainability in a tangible and realistic environment.

Monmia is just beginning the ResourceSmart sustainability journey with the aim of becoming a 5 star accredited ResourceSmart school.

We are taking action to minimize waste, save energy and water, promote biodiversity and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
